These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moyabella website, as well as any purchases made through the online store.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

This website is operated by Mybella Enterprisers (Pty) Ltd, a company duly registered in the Republic of South Africa, trading as Moyabella (“Moyabella”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

4.1 Moyabella offers handmade cosmetic and personal care products. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance or appearance may occur and shall not be regarded as defects.

4.2 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete or current.

4.3 Moyabella reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will apply.

5.3 Payment must be made in full prior to order fulfilment via the payment methods made available on the website.

5.4 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Moyabella does not store full payment card details.

6. Orders and Acceptance

6.1 An order placed via the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

6.2 An order shall only be deemed accepted once payment has been successfully received and processed.

6.3 Moyabella reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases where:

• Payment has not been authorised or received
• There is a pricing or product description error
• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

6.4 Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery and Risk

7.1 Delivery is subject to the terms set out in our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

7.3 Moyabella shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cooling-Off Rights

8.1 Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

8.2 Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period for online purchases in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
